It talks about different things in your pantry you can use for personal/beauty care. I&#039;ve made oatmeal masks before and sugar scrubs. I&#039;ve also tried using beer to help cleanse my hair. It&#039;s nice to try those more natural things sometime and see how they feel different and any ways they improve things.

I&#039;m not sure of any commercial products that are marketed to replace them -- seems like it would be cheaper, easier and more natural to stick with the original homemade recipes when you find ones that work. Plus, then you can make a small batch when you need it and not worry about shelf life.</description>

Now about your Deed-In-Lieu of foreclosure that is not a California transaction. The state has nothing to do with personal foreclosure. 

Deeds-in-Lieu are approved or denied by your lender.  Each lender has it&#039;s on conditions in which they will approve a deed-in-lieu or any other method in solving a foreclosure situation.

The D-I-L of foreclosure washes your hand of the property and give it back to the lender without going through the complete foreclosure procedure.  This is just one of the solutions that might be available to you from your lender.

In California we have a non-judicial foreclosure state. I takes approximately 120 days give or take a few to complete a foreclosure in this state. By offering a Deed-In-lieu of foreclosure the lender saves some legal fees and lots of time. 

You might check with your lender to see if there are other options you might have. Contact your lender&#039;s Loss Mitigation Department. Failing to get the answer you are seeking, make sure you get the department manager for a final solution.

About the plus and minus, I don&#039;t think if matter the lender will send you a 1099 at the end of the year for tax purposes, and you will be liable for any capital gains you would have earned during this foreclosure transaction whether you allow the foreclosure to go through until it is completed or if you accept and sign the D-I-L of foreclosure.

A bank approved short sale mean that the lien holder has approved a sale price for the homeowner who&#039;s unable to afford the home any more. The home could possibly go into foreclosure while you are renting it.</description>
