I am a New Yorker and my first contact with Mark Denny was through an MLS listing of a house in Durham. I’ll never forget how quickly he responded to my internet request for additional information. After two weeks of reviewing various properties with him, I flew to NC and spent a weekend visiting the homes on my short list. The home I eventually purchased was one that Mark actually recommended. Today that house – a rental – has turned out to be an excellent investment.
